Our first intervention in location hunting goes back to 1988, when we were appointed the Scottish location manager for German production company Bogner. Since then, we’ve had the pleasure of working with independent producers such as Derring-Do and the brilliant Heehaw Film, to Simon Cowell’s Got Talent TV franchise, Peacock USA, Universal, BBC, and ITV. Our contributions to theatre productions in the West End, on Broadway, in Las Vegas, and at festivals in Europe, Australia, Dubai, and the US are worthy of mention.

It was only a matter of time until we dipped our toes into investing in movie-making ourselves, with some notable success.

Below are recent titles from the independent production company, Studio Pow, in which our affiliate company, Bandanair UK has invested:

FOR HOLLY AT CHRISTMAS

A unique take on the Christmas Rom-Com with an award-winning Director attached.
“When you start to read a new script you hope that it’s going to be good, that the characters will be well-rounded, that the plot will make sense and flow in the right direction. And when it’s a Christmas or holiday movie, you hope that the rules of the genre will be honoured and that love will prevail.  This script, For Holly at Christmas does all of that and more. I laughed, I cried, and at the end I felt uplifted by the love that is on every page. Simply beautiful.”
Peter Dunne, Former Head of Publicity at Warner Bros & Dreamworks
